To be put simply, rudeness, harassment or abuse towards any member of the forums is strictly prohibited. Everyone has a right to speak, if someone has an idea it can be suggested in the Suggestions section of the OOC Forums (and a poll with the topic would be a good idea too, especially if it’s regarding the forum.) No person is obliged to RP with someone if they have other pursuits they wish to do with their characters. It's not worth getting angry over if someone isn't replying as quickly as you want them to, or they are choosing to RP with someone else over you.
Any rule-breaking should be PMed to me. All messages are private and won't be shown to anyone. When reporting a broken rule, we will need proof for any actions to be taken.
Failure to follow any of the rules of the forum can be enough cause for a member to have disciplinary action taken against them. Following are ways actions may be taken:
1st minor infraction:
-- Informal warning: member may have a PM sent to them by the staff, detailing the problem.
-- Editing of post: the post the member made may be edited by the staff.
2nd minor infraction:
-- Formal warning: member will have a second strike issued to them.
-- Editing of post: the post the member made may be edited by the staff.
3rd and later minor infractions:
-- More formal warnings: member will have a third strike and will receive a three-day suspension.
Major Offenses:
-- Depending on the offense, your account may be suspended, deleted and/or your IP banned.
These rules are subject to change as needed.
Upon the arrival of more races of characters, new rules may be added.
